Ingredients

1 1/4 Cup Almond, Cashew or Coconut Milk

1 Frozen Banana

1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

2 Medjol Dates

4-5 Blackberries or Strawberries

2 Teaspoons Almond Butter 

Cinnamon and vanilla extract to taste

2 Scoops USANA MySmart Plant Based Protein Powder (email, info@thebalancedpalate.com to order)

1-2 ice cubes and additional nut milk  if needed-but you'll want to keep it thick

1 tablespoon Gogi Berries

1 teaspoon Shredded Coconut

Directions

Blend all of the ingredients, pour into a bowl

Top with Goji berries and shredded coconut

Notes

Additional toppings  are optional.
