Ingredients

3 Small to medium carrots-chopped

2 Tbsp chopped sweet onion

2 Tbsp fresh ginger-chopped

1 Tbsp coconut nectar OR 1tbsp honey (honey will be sweeter, adjust for your palate)

2 Tbsp rice vinegar

2 Tbsp sesame oil

Juice from 1 lime

Himilayan or Celtic Sea Salt to taste

*Add Water Optional for desired consistency (less for thicker dressing)


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender -process until smooth

*If using a food processor, add water last to reach desired consistency

Notes

*Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week!
