1/4 Head purple cabbage

4 Cups Kale (8-10 Stems and leaves

2 Cups chopped parsley (optional)

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

Seeds from 1 pomegranite

1/4 Cup dried cranberries or raisins

1 Chopped bartlett pear


Prep all ingredients and toss together

*Top with our Sesame Carrot Ginger Dressing with Lime or olive oil or other dressing of your choice
