Wash the zucchinis thoroughly and dice in long 3-4 inch strips. (Skins on)
Pre-heat the oven on convection bake 425 F
20-30 minutes depending on type of pan or basket available
2- medium zucchinis
1.5 tbsp. avocado oil
2 tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
*optional 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes
1. Prep your zucchini
2. Shake in a container with a covered lid until all ingredients are thorouchly mixed.
3. Lay zucchini flat on a cooking sheet or copper basket tray if you have one available to you.
4 Sprinkle any remaining nutritional yeast from the bowl on top of your squash.
5. Bake until crispy or browned flipping every 15 minutes
Serve hot and enjoy next to your favorite garden burger!
