Hello! My name is Kendra and I am a health coach, Pilates instructor and professional dancer living in NYC. I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition*, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
I established The Balanced Palate in 2011 to support busy individuals looking for support in reaching their personal health and wellness goals. While establishing my career in dance I struggled with the juggling act of working on Wall Street by day and rehearsing at night. I worked in various stressful odd jobs that left me stressed, tired and frustrated! I was overworked, tired, eating on the run and making poor food choices full of caffeine just to get by. Until one day I decided to make some changes and find a better way of living. I began to make small changes to reduce my stress and find the right nourishment for my mind and body to support this busy lifestyle. Not only did I feel better but I looked better and was happier too. If you'd like to learn more about my work and if I can help you. Email me today for a consultation!
